We are Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS). We often run workshops, training and other opportunities for disabled young people. This is a simple waitlist that you can sign up to. it is used when we do not have anything available, but want to still stay in touch with you. If you sign up, we will contact you when new workshops, training or other opportunities appear.

Only YDAS staff will have access to this form, but we may use parts of this information in a de-identifed way to report to Government Departments and other organisations about the groups of people we work with. De-identified means we will not share your name or identifying details. We may report on our work in an aggregated way (for example, showing the percentage of participants in different groups). We will also use this information to provide accessible and inclusive spaces for participants.
