YDAS 'Rights to Reality' project survey
About the Rights to Reality Project
As a disabled young person, it can be hard to understand your rights.
The Youth Disability Advocacy Service’s 'Rights to Reality' project aims to increase disabled young people’s understanding of your rights through information sessions designed for and by disabled young people in Melbourne.
Your responses to this survey will help us understand your experiences and ensure the information sessions that are designed meet the needs of disabled young people who live, work, study, or visit Melbourne.
By completing this survey, you will go in the draw to win one of 3x $100 gift vouchers.
You can take part in this survey if you are 12 to 25 years old, live in Victoria, and identify as:
Having a disability, health condition, or chronic illness
Neurodiverse or autistic
Deaf, deaf or hard of hearing
Blind or vision impaired
Having lived experience of mental health issues.
Survey closes at 5pm on Friday 17 May 2024. It may take 5 to 15 minutes to complete.
Content warning: This survey asks about times when you stood up for your rights. You do not have to answer. If you need support, we have included a list of organisations that can help at the end of the survey.
