Right to be Heard Hub Feedback

We’d love to hear from disabled young people about what you think about our new Right to be Heard website.

To be able to do this survey, you will need to have used the Right to be Heard hub. This means that you must go through the 'disabled young people' section and looked at the different pages. Here is the link:

This survey is anonymous, so we won’t ask for your name or email. Any information you share will be made anonymous before we use it for our evaluation. The survey takes about 5 to 10 minutes to finish . Most questions are required, but the last two questions are optional.

Please note this survey is only open to d isabled young people in Australia . This means that only people who are aged between 12 a nd 25 who live in Australia and identify as any of the following, can do the survey:

Hav e a disabilit y
Hav e a health condition or chronic illness
Neurodivergent
Deaf, deaf or hard of hearing
Hav e lived experience of mental health issues
Blind or have low vision
